About Me:

Hello! My name is Rea Weidemann. I am from the Fremont Nebraska area and currently reside in Hastings Nebraska, where I attended Hastings College, and graduated in 2025 with a major in Fine/Studio Art and a minor in religion studies. Art is my greatest passion and hobby, and I'm always doing something creative, from painting to crochet to beadwork. I worked as a mural painter consistently from 2023-2025.  In the future I'd love to see myself doing political work with my art, occassionally continuing with murals, and I'm pursuing a career in tattooing.

About My Art:

I primarily work in the 2D mediums, and while largescale painting is my favorite art form to work with, I also do graphite drawings, small paintings in both oil and acrylic, ink and pen drawings, and much more. I tend to stick with realistic or surrealistic work, though abstract is definitely also up my alley if that's what you want! I pride myself on my personal artwork that not only looks skillfully made but has a deep meaning and spreads a message through emotions.
